- Feature: Enable editing, pausing, resuming, and clearing Codex goals from desktop and mobile goal docks.
- Expose goal-control actions and state through runtime events, IPC, remote APIs, and mobile bridges.
- Preserve goal state and available actions across Codex session updates and resumes.
- Add coverage for goal controls, protocol mapping, and remote-client requests.
- expose goal edit, pause, resume, and clear actions through IPC and HTTP - render localized goal controls in desktop and mobile composer docks - hydrate and map Codex goal actions with coverage for protocol behavior
