- Feature: display live and completed elapsed time for delegated agent work in chat and sub-agent overlays.
- Track local start and completion timestamps for delegated-agent runtime items, with provider durations as a fallback.
- Add coverage for elapsed-time display and timing state updates.
- Keep elapsed-time messaging localized across all supported languages.
