As you have seen from your client side, this update has been incrementally pushed out, indicated by the date of latest updates (for example v2.1.1-20241117). It's likely that future versions will also follow this path, therefore no automatic release notes will be provided (as far as I know).

Some changes made to this new version means re-adding this modular.theme.css file is recommended.
