Release v0.1.0

Initial release.

This is a toy project for parsing watching logs using named regex.

It deploys multi-threading to speed up the parsing process and uses caching to avoid re-parsing the same logs.

Right now, it only mainly supports parsing finished / unfinished of the watching.
