I forgot my username / password

Using the Forgot Password button on the login form sends you your username as well as a link to reset your password.

Polls

I get 403 Forbidden while answering a poll

1. The sides prevent to go back while answering a poll. Just keep on answering and change answer later
2. An admin moved a question in front of already answered questions. Delete the question under My Poll Responses. This will be fixed with #53

I want to complete the poll but i dont have a value for the last question

Submit a value which is clearly placeholder. Will be fixed with #54

I answered this poll already. Why does it show up?

Polls which can be answered multiple times are always shown in emails / the homepage. You can check if your answer was submitted under My Poll Responses.

I get an error 413 while uploading an image

Try uploading a smaller image. If your Image is larger than 4MB the Server will not process it.

I get an error 502 Bad Gateway while uploading an image

The Image you uploaded took to long to process. Try to compress the image.

The Image upload field returns an error "Not a valid Image"

The format of the image you tried to upload is not supportet. Try a more conventional format like png, jpg or jpeg. All valid image formats can be found here.
