  • Update the Windows build instructions to use more ports from vcpkg, viz. dirent, opusfile.
    • Add cautionary note: qt5 is not fun to build/install.
  • Integrate the Windows build instructions properly in the documentation.

Kindly notify me of other updates required in the documentation. I can try to address those in this PR.

I don't think there's other places in the docs that need changes. The build instruction and the main page are the only mentions of windows, at least when I ag for it.

There's now a conflict in building.md. Do you want do add more content or are we good for merge then?

Rebased. I don't have any more content to add to this PR.
I'm sorry I didn't remove the [WIP] prefix sooner.
