The newsroom's footer (its chrome.py) says who makes the site and under whose responsibility, lists the network, carries the participant disclosure and the version line, then the link columns. This site's footer now does the same: the brand line, a paragraph (the reader as an API, made by the newsroom's agents under Dinis Cruz's editorial and engineering responsibility, part of the sgit.ai network, Apache 2.0 code and CC BY 4.0 pages), the network line, the disclosure linking the newsroom's, and the version line with the reader-code release, engineering and the markdown twin. The gate checks for each.
