增强写入 ratio 前的校验逻辑：validate_prop_rels() 现在要求同时满足：GET_INFO 成功且版本头匹配、在 buffer 中找到 0xE660 且其前描述符为 0x00010100、GET_CONTROL 成功且版本头匹配，任何一项不满足则直接拒绝写入；仅 --force-driver 可强制跳过校验。
Enhanced pre-write validation for ratio: validate_prop_rels() now requires all of: GET_INFO success with version header match, 0xE660 found in buffer with preceding descriptor 0x00010100, and GET_CONTROL success with version header match; any failure rejects the write; only --force-driver can bypass.

新增 L2 稳定性测试命令及向导集成：支持 python run.py l2-test 或 xbar5090.exe l2-test 运行测试，L2 检查器已内置到可执行文件中；向导在应用超频后会询问 Run L2 stability test now? [y/N]，选择 y 则立即执行，n 则跳过。
