A bug-fix release for the regressions of 3.7.8. The features and the other fixes made since 3.7.8 will come in 3.8.0.

- Attribute values are XML-decoded once again, as before 3.7.8, so

- AKAv1-MD5 with wolfSSL lost the last byte of a padded nonce, since 3.7.8, by @orgads in #1014

- CMake takes any boolean for
USE_SYSTEM_PUGIXMLandUSE_SYSTEM_GTEST, such as the Fedora package's1, by @lemenkov in #1060 - Building with GCC 16: the bundled pugixml is updated to 1.16 by @orgads in #1047
