A comprehensive collection of open-source and simplified BSIM (Berkeley Short-channel IGFET Model) SPICE models for circuit simulation, benchmarking, and evaluation. This repository provides ready-to-use transistor models across multiple SPICE simulators including NGSPICE, HSPICE, and SPECTRE.
