Updates all dependencies except typescript. Notably widens the sv-router peer dependency to ^0.19.0 (previously ^0.16.2, which blocked installing alongside newer host apps) and bumps @maptiler/weather to 4.0.1 (major; confirmed compatible with this repo's usage in wind.svelte.ts).
