Minor Features

  • Added unit tests for IDRecord class.

Fixes

  • Empty sequence ID lists are now correctly handled and set to None #16
  • Removing sequence IDs results in unregistered entities now to prevent clashes. If the sequence ID registration is managed by a IDRegister within a InputFile object, the registered IDs have to be reset.
  • The registration status is now private and can be accessed via read-only property.
