Important changes

• Implement per-pixel coverage confidence level (CL) to control the maximum number of random attempts (K) when sampling within offset areas in systematic sampling with random offset.
• Refactor the way to get the unique pixel values from the raster in a memory efficient manner, to use it for auto symbology and pixel count
• Improve the handling of post-layering dialog by always creating a new instance instead of caching to avoid conflicts and complexity
• Improve performance in pixel counting for the Dask version and update/fix progress handling
• Enhance pixel counting functionality by adding QGIS native processing method
• Improve the handling of saving configuration with two buttons: one as the default for overwriting the current config file and another for selecting a new config file. Also, make improvements to the exit dialog with an option to save and exit.
