[PATCH] Added a new feature, equivalence test

An equivalence test is now available as a complementary procedure with the Max test. If the Max test is used and the option for the equivalence test is TRUE, then an additional test of the equivalence test will be performed. See the latest vignette for the details of the equivalence test. The background theory and discussion should be available shortly in the companion paper.

[Patch] Bug Fix: ISSUE #1 fixing the bool_joint bug for max test

This patch release fixes the bug in the max test that does not change its results by the bool_joint option.

[Patch] vignettes updated, v0.1.1

The new vignette now includes two empirical applications using Clark and Royer (2013) and Pons and Tricaud (2018).
