DX-100: Write /resources/roadmap and close out the DX1 batch

Context

The last issue in the batch. It adds the roadmap page and then does the thing
that documentation batches usually skip: checking that the ninety-nine issues
before it actually cohere into one site rather than a hundred separate pages.

Scope

• Write content/resources/roadmap.mdx: what is planned, honestly dated or
  explicitly undated, with shipped items linked to the changelog. No item
  without a status.
• Write content/resources/changelog.mdx linking out to so4.market/changelog
  and explaining the relationship between the two.
• Full-site audit: every page reachable from the sidebar, no orphans, every
  cross-link resolving, and every reader path from
  docs/dx_1/003_content_map.md §1 walkable end to end.
• Reconcile the three specs in docs/dx_1/ against what was actually built, and
  amend them where the implementation diverged — an unamended spec is worse than
  no spec.
• Add a changelog entry announcing the docs site, through the DX-002 workflow.

Acceptance criteria

• Every page in the content map §2 tree exists or is explicitly listed as
  deferred with a reason.
• Each of the three reader paths was walked end to end and is described in
  the PR.
• Zero orphaned pages and zero broken links across the whole site.
• docs/dx_1/ specs match the built site; divergences amended, not ignored.
• Full gate passes (AGENTS.md §1) plus check:content and check:links.

Out of scope

• New content beyond the two pages named above.
