Refactor for A2 requirement

Refactored FireBaseUserDataManager to remove duplicate code #81
Changes from 2 methods, one for fetching interested events and one for uninterested events, to one method that can be used for both.
This improves the maintainability of the codebase as reducing duplicate code reduces opportunities for bugs. It also makes changing these methods easier, which improves maintainability.
