Fork of Roger with an interactive exec shell and server-side authentication.

Highlights

• --shell interactive client: ls, cat, download, upload, dns, exec (PHP template).
• New ASSET protocol command implemented in tunnel.php (asset-cache style).
• Server-side HMAC-SHA256 request authentication (SIG field), verified before dispatch; invalid/unsigned requests get HTTP 403.
• Default hello is now a plausible HTML page instead of an obvious comment.
• Prebuilt binaries: linux/amd64, linux/arm64, darwin/arm64.

Notes: authentication and the exec shell are implemented for the PHP template only for now.
