Installation

Simply extract the DeleteThatEntity.dll file into the "plugins/" folder.

Changes

Changed the name of certain files, including the name of the plugin file: remember to delete the old one if you had it (DeleteThatEntity_RPHPlugin.dll).
Added an INSTRUCTIONS file.
