Learn about vigilant mode.

This version is the same as v1.7.1, but it is now finished and includes several bug fixes and glitch fixes. For example when playing Roblox, users could experience screen tearing/lag due to the FPS unlocker and clip recorder. That issue has now been fixed, and Roblox runs smoothly again. This version contains everything from v1.7.1, plus the finishing touches we weren't able to complete before.

(Same as v1.7.15 but the bug is and SHOULD be fixed here, sorry)
