v1.1.7 - 2026-09-13 - External Notes

• External meeting note intake is generic and instant (#321). Plaud-specific
  branding is gone from the review workbench, and both New note buttons create
  a blank note immediately instead of stalling on the current view or a failed
  draft flush. Paste and file import remain for the zero-session state.
• Review sessions can be deleted. Each in-review row carries a confirmed
  delete affordance backed by a new delete_meeting_source_session command
  that removes the session directory behind the shared workspace write gate.
• Confirmation requires real content. Blank drafts stay saveable, but
  confirming a review with no source text now fails in both the Rust and
  browser-fallback paths, so meeting generation never runs on an empty note.
• Draft saving is explicit. Save draft stays clickable on a clean draft
  and confirms with a visible Saved state; the 700 ms autosave is unchanged.
