Release list
GreenChat for Windows 1.0.0-beta.8 (unsigned)
GreenChat for Windows 1.0.0-beta.8 — unsigned prerelease
Includes the merged Epic/TikTok client changes from PR #20 and PR #21.
- Gamer Mode: discover installed Epic Games from local launcher manifests and launch them through the official Epic launcher.
- Social feed: open public TikTok posts in the official player, with an external-browser fallback. TikTok stays outside Gamer Mode.
- Account-linking UI: connect, refresh connection status and disconnect Epic/TikTok through the server. The client accepts only official authorization URLs and shows a linked account only after server confirmation.
Current limitations
Real Epic/TikTok account linking is not yet available in production: the server integration is pending and developer applications/credentials and approvals are unconfirmed. Local Epic discovery and public TikTok playback are separate features, not account linking. This release does not provide a TikTok personalized feed or Epic account library synchronization.
Verification and installation
Built from public source commit 1499f19 in GitHub Actions run 35133448744. Source validation and both native builds passed. Microsoft Defender scans of the applications and installers passed for x64 and ARM64. Published artifacts include scan evidence, SHA-256 checksums and source provenance.
These files are UNSIGNED: SignPath was disabled. Install manually using the package for your architecture. This prerelease is not distributed through the signed automatic-update channel; no signature checks are bypassed.
GreenChat for Windows 1.0.0-beta.7 (unsigned)
GreenChat for Windows 1.0.0-beta.7
Gamer Mode is now connected to the application and the GreenChat gaming API, using the design merged in PR #17.
- Open Gamer Mode from More or Profile.
- Light and dark themes, responsive cards, smooth transitions, live particles, and reduced-motion support. Disabling Gamer Mode pauses the background.
- Steam sign-in opens official OpenID in the system browser. FACEIT connects through the verified Steam identity.
- Current game, Steam level/friends and FACEIT level/ELO use server data. Mode and visibility settings persist on the server; failed saves are reported and rolled back.
- Steam, FACEIT and Epic stay in Gamer Mode; TikTok stays in the social feed. Epic opens its official store; Epic account linking is not available on the server yet. Unavailable statistics are not fabricated.
- Fixed the TDLib resource staging issue that prevented Windows installers from being produced.
Downloads
Choose windows-x64-setup.exe for an ordinary Intel/AMD Windows PC or windows-arm64-setup.exe for Windows on ARM. MSI and portable ZIP packages are also attached.
These binaries are explicitly unsigned. SignPath onboarding is still disabled; this is an unsigned prerelease for manual installation, not a signed automatic update. No security settings are changed by this release.
Verification
Built from public main commit 5ac7787a9f4cf1472d85ffd27b3cc9dc997b0afd by Windows artifacts workflow #34779357452. PR #18 connects the interface and fixes packaging.
Source validation, tests, Windows x64/ARM64 builds and Microsoft Defender scans passed. SHA-256 checksums, per-architecture build manifests, Defender evidence and public-source provenance are attached. Portable application and TDLib hashes match the build manifests. The x64 build runs the startup smoke check; ARM64 is cross-compiled and has not been launched on physical ARM hardware. Real account OAuth round-trips have not been manually verified in this release session.
