Breaking changes!

The agent now finishes its run and submits output by running echo COMPLETE_TASK_AND_SUBMIT_FINAL_OUTPUT (previously we used MINI_SWE_AGENT_FINAL_OUTPUT).
This change was made because some models got confused by the directive.

This version also introduces slight changes to the swebench.yaml config that is used for the SWE-bench (bash-only) leaderboard
