The scrum board is where we will be organizing our sprints. The board is separated into 3 views:
- The global view: Shows every task in it's status column, allowing us to transfer the task from one to another and visualize the current state of the project.
- The Current sprint view: Shows the current sprint tasks.
- The Next sprint view: Shows the next sprint tasks.
- The personal tasks view: Shows only the tasks assigned to you.
Gradually, views of past sprints will be added to the scrum board to better represent the progress of the project.
Here is a quick explanation of how to add tasks to the board.
- Go to projects on any of the views.
- Click on add item
- Name your task. Give a clear and concise title, ex: "Implement GitHub Authentication" or "Refactor ui folder"
- Define the properties ex: sprint number, task type, etc
