What changed

  • Switched the transport layer from TCP/TLS-PSK to QUIC with certificate-based TLS.
  • Added configurable QUIC transport parameters, including ALPN support via TransportNetworkProtocol.
  • Fixed server-side frame reads for stream delivery so partial reads no longer cancel active sessions.
  • Added transport certificate rotation tooling and updated project docs (README.md, AGENTS.md).

Notes

  • The transport now uses the private ALPN camera-lan-stream rather than HTTP/2 or HTTP/3 ALPNs.
  • Rebuild both the iOS app and the macOS app after rotating bundled transport certificates.
