• Every console can dispatch, per project. 0.20.0 let only one console dispatch at a time, and a second console only watched. You talk to different projects, or the same project, from several sessions, so the lock is now per project. Any console dispatches any project; the only new wait is for a project another console dispatched in the last two minutes, while its job may not show yet (one job per project, as before).
