Add Reaction button remains under message after all reactions removed

Describe the bug

If a reaction is added to a message and then removed, the accompanying Add Reaction button remains under the message and persists until Sable is restarted.

Reproduction

1. Add reaction to a message
2. Remove the reaction from the message
3. The Add Reaction button remains under the message

Expected behavior

The convenient Add Reaction button is removed from under the message when the message has no remaining reactions.
