[Android] "go back" in room settings menu affects previous view

Reproduction

1. click on three dot menu in the top left while in a room
2. open room settings
3. swipe right to go back
4. observe nothing has happened
5. close room settings
6. "go back" has affected the previous view, i.e. swiping right to go back a few times at step 3 should make you land on the own account view

Expected behavior

swipe to "go back" always affects the current full screen view. In particular, in room settings.

Can confirm, and I also have this issue when having a message context menu open. (Also with the three navigation buttons rather than the newer navigation gestures.)
