[Android] Tapping certain UI elements seems to register twice

Describe the bug

When I tap on either the Pinned Messages button in any given room while already having the Pinned Messages open, or when tapping the three-dot menu of any given Space while already having that menu open, it registers twice, keeping that menu open as a result.

Reproduction

1. Tap on any given Space's three-dot menu or a Room's Pinned Messages button.
2. With the corresponding menu/popup open, tap the same UI element again.
3. It closes, then immediately reopens the corresponding menu/popup.

Expected behavior

It closes the corresponding menu/popup instead of closing and then immediately reopening it.
