Some spaces have no rooms in the root, as they only serve as containers for sub-spaces.
In the room list, they display an empty "Rooms" dropdown, which takes up screen space and doesn't have a clear effect.

I think that ideally, if there are no selectable rooms in the space root, that "Rooms" dropdown should be hidden.
Alternatives considered
Should empty sub-spaces be hidden too? I'm not sure. My intuition says probably not.
