“Show Widgets” and “Show Members” buttons disappear completely in mobile app view

Describe the bug

Desktop vs. mobile app view (see #679)

Reproduction

1. open Sable on a device with a small screen (or in a small window)
2. open a room
3. notice missing buttons

Expected behavior

The buttons should probably move to the kebab menu.

Platform and versions

1. OS: Linux (Fedora 43)
2. Browser: Chromium 146 and Electron app
3. Sable version: 1.14.0
4. Matrix homeserver: irrelevant
