v0.4.0

Adds microphone processing and per-participant playout volume to the native call bridge.

Added

• setNativeCallAudioProcessing — echo cancellation, noise suppression and automatic gain control, applied to the live microphone track rather than only the next call.
• setNativeCallParticipantVolume — per-identity playout gain. 0 mutes, 1 is unity, and both platform SDKs clamp at 10.
• connectNativeCall takes an optional audioProcessing block. Omitted means every effect on, which is both SDKs' own default, so an existing guest is unchanged.

Gains are re-applied on TrackSubscribed: a track arrives at unity gain, so a volume set before a participant publishes — or before a reconnect resubscribes them — would otherwise be lost.
