NAAIL OpenLab™ V2026.4-R1

Open Research Infrastructure Release

Release date: 2026-09-24
Release class: PUBLIC_RESEARCH_RELEASE
Repository: Saehon/Saeid-Homayoun
Scope: NAAIL OpenLab public research infrastructure, open-agent tooling, reproducible cross-platform research packaging, and evidence-governed workflow documentation.

Release purpose

V2026.4-R1 advances the public NAAIL research infrastructure from the 17 September 2026 integrated baseline toward a more explicit open, reproducible, cross-platform research environment.

This release is intentionally conservative about scientific claims. It records public research infrastructure, catalogues, reproducible demonstrations and publication-ready packages. It does not convert registered experiments, design specifications, manuscript packages or external-tool listings into empirical validation.

The previously documented validated executable checkpoint remains:

NAAIL OpenLab v0.2.3 · Audit Workspace V0.4 · Prototype 003

unless a later executable package completes its stated validation gates.

1. Open accounting, audit and assurance stack

The repository now maintains a provider-neutral public catalogue for reusable accounting, auditing, ICFR/internal-control, corporate-governance, CAM/KAM, IFRS and ESG research components.

Key public entry points include:

  • OPEN_SOURCE_ACCOUNTING_AUDIT_STACK.md;
  • OPEN_AGENT_CATALOG_2026.md;
  • Open-Agentic-Accounting-Audit-Lab/.

The catalogue distinguishes verified open-source licensing from source-available or public-source material rather than treating all public repositories as equivalently open.

2. Open Agentic Accounting & Audit Lab v0.3

The integrated Open Agentic Accounting & Audit Lab records Version 0.3 — 24 September 2026.

The current public package adds:

  • a root-level open-source accounting/audit stack catalogue;
  • verified license metadata for core upstream components;
  • explicit separation of open-source, source-available and public-source tools;
  • links to relevant public research repositories under the Saehon account;
  • a specialist-agent catalogue spanning accounting, audit, ICFR, governance, IFRS and ESG research use cases.

This is an open research and education layer, not a representation of equivalence to proprietary professional audit platforms.

3. Cross-platform research infrastructure

Public repository materials now define and demonstrate a research architecture connecting:

ChatGPT × GitHub × Hugging Face × Kaggle × Google Drive

for reproducible accounting and audit research workflows.

The repository includes publication-ready or public-safe package structures for Kaggle and Hugging Face, with GitHub retained as the canonical code/provenance layer and Google Drive used for controlled research records and working documents where appropriate.

Cross-platform packaging is a reproducibility and dissemination mechanism; it does not imply that every external platform artifact has passed independent scientific validation.

4. Public-data provenance demonstration

The repository contains a reproducible Phase-1 Hugging Face public-data demonstration with:

  • a small public sample;
  • retrieval metadata;
  • a SHA-256 provenance record;
  • source-verification metadata;
  • a documented boundary between the small GitHub sample and the external full dataset.

The purpose is to demonstrate a traceable public-data bridge rather than to mirror unrestricted external datasets into GitHub.

5. CAM/KAM research packaging

The repository now contains public-safe CAM/KAM research package structures for GitHub, Kaggle and Hugging Face.

These materials are designed to support:

  • reproducible audit-research demonstrations;
  • provenance-aware dataset packaging;
  • research notebooks and benchmark workflows;
  • controlled reuse of public-safe examples;
  • separation between public research artifacts and restricted/proprietary source data.

6. Research-paper and benchmark integration

The open accounting/audit stack is linked to a public conceptual-paper and benchmark package on agentic financial assurance and cybernetic control.

The package connects:

  • conceptual research documentation;
  • a reproducible assurance benchmark;
  • an open-agent/tool catalogue;
  • Kaggle-ready materials;
  • Hugging Face-ready materials;
  • evidence and validation files.

Publication-ready packaging is not represented as journal acceptance, causal validation, or independent replication.

7. Governance and human accountability

V2026.4-R1 retains the NAAIL evidence-governance principles already established in the public repository:

Evidence / Data → Controlled Tools → Specialist Agents → Independent Review → Human Approval

Human approval remains the terminal authority for consequential research/professional judgments in the public NAAIL design.

9. Public release boundary

Public materials may include:

  • high-level architecture;
  • rights-cleared or public-source examples;
  • reproducible code and small samples;
  • provenance manifests;
  • benchmark protocols;
  • catalogues of external tools and frameworks;
  • public-safe educational/research packages.

Restricted, licensed, confidential, unpublished, patent-sensitive or personally identifiable material must remain outside the public release unless explicitly cleared.

11. Release freeze rule

V2026.4-R1 is a dated public research baseline. Later results, integrations, empirical tests or architecture changes should be added as subsequent release increments rather than rewriting this release history.

Models generate. Agents debate. Research grounds. Standards govern. Evidence decides. Humans remain accountable.
