Wrong permissions - the user must allow the browser access to the webcam/microphone/screen

Hi everyone, we have been using SEB with Moodle quizzes quite successfully over the past year or so and have recently integrated a plugin "Record audio/video question type" that allows for us to have users record an audio response to a question in a quiz. It has generally worked well during quizzes taken in SEB on Windows devices, however users often run into an issue with Mac devices that give the following error:
"Wrong permissions - the user must allow the browser access to the webcam/microphone/screen"

I have attached some screenshots of what we checked on the Mac device, and it looks like the relevant permissions were turned on, please see below.

SEB for Mac 3.6
MacOS 15
Moodle 4.5+ (Build: 20241122)

Any advice on this would be much appreciated! Thank you in advance

You have to allow this also in SEB settings, see the settings menu in Browser pane in SEB for macOS. There seems to have been a "WebRTC" setting added in new Moodle versions, otherwise you have to upload settings you created with the macOS version.
