• The Updates page now runs the real, installer-style update flow. Previously
  its "Install Update" button called a placeholder that only described what
  would happen and took no action. It now works like the first-time setup
  installer: clicking Install reveals pre-flight checks (disk space,
  memory, database integrity, schema version, service health), and only once they
  pass can you proceed to the staged pipeline — download → GPG-signature &
  SHA-256 verification → binary swap (the previous binary is kept as .prev for
  rollback) → migrations → restart — with live progress shown step by step.
  If the new build fails its 60-second health check, the previous binary is
  restored automatically.
