World PvP

  • Pool bots now flag for PvP at login using the /pvp preference, and open-world PvP is on by default. #1232
  • About a quarter of free pool bots take a world PvP role, rerolled every 30 minutes and never during a fight. #1232
  • These bots hunt flagged enemy players and flagged enemy bots nearby, but never attack unflagged players. #1232
  • They avoid invisible GMs, targets 5+ levels higher, players in challenge modes except War Mode, and safe zones or battlegrounds. #1232
  • Their chance to attack drops when the level gap is 2 to 4 levels. #1232

Gear & Items

  • The random gear blacklist now applies to random bots, hired bots, .bot autogear, and .autogear. #1230
  • It also covers empty-slot fillers, shirts, tabards, and level-60 hire gear sets. #1230
  • A blocked item is never handed out; the bot picks the next best item or leaves the slot empty. #1230

Dashboard

  • Logging out of the dashboard now only works from the dashboard itself, so another website can no longer log a GM out with a simple link. #1221
  • The Logout link is now a button that sends the secure request and then takes you to the login page. #1221

Behind the scenes

  • Server monitoring can now forward data to extra addresses for a second dashboard; set -forward-udp or FORWARD_UDP. #1222
  • It allows up to 4 targets, and a failing target won't stop the main listener. #1222
  • Large bot code files were split into smaller topic files and the rule files were grouped into folders; no gameplay change. #1231 #1233 #1234
