🛠 Installation
- Download: Download the
flyTomo.tar.gzfile. - Extract: Open your terminal and run the following command to extract the package:
tar -zxvf flyTomo.tar.gz
- Setup Permissions: Enter the directory and ensure the executable has run permissions:
cd flyTomo
chmod +x flyTomo📚 Tutorial Data (Optional)
To help you get started with the FlyTomo workflow, we provide a test dataset (~20GB).

Usage: After downloading, extract the data to a convenient location. You can point FlyTomo to this directory to simulate an In-EM-session.
