The new Reports screen (adjustable range, extra charts) kept causing
"app not responding" freezes even after aggregating the heatmap query
in SQL. Reverting to the previous stable Weekly Report screen while
keeping the rest of this session's UI work (teal theme, dashboard
ring, light/dark toggle, category color-coding).

fix: aggregate Reports heatmap query in SQL instead of JS

getReportData was pulling every raw usage_log row in the selected
range and looping over them in JS to build the weekday x hour
heatmap. At a 5s poll interval, a 365d/all-time range could mean
millions of rows, freezing the single-threaded main process and
triggering "app not responding" on the Reports page.

Aggregate dow/hour sums directly in SQL (GROUP BY) instead, since
the WASM SQLite engine still runs synchronously on the main thread
regardless of row count.

Prevents multiple app copies from running at once, which could
leave a background instance holding the exe open and block the
NSIS installer from closing/updating the app.
