Almost done

• Only dictionaries are left in terms of unimplemented features from SCSA pseudocode
• Classes might still need to be changed to spill their functions into local scope when entering them instead of 'this'
  • I might opt to ignore this part of the standard? Since it's not a good feature in the first place.
