M-Control v1.3.39

  • Fixed a startup/activation issue where launching M-Control again could fail to bring the already-running main window to the foreground when the single-instance pipe did not ACK.
  • Added a same-path existing-window fallback after the registered broadcast message, so a responsive existing M-Control window can still be restored instead of looking like the app did not open.
  • Fixed the external startup diagnostic collector so it only probes MControl.exe and never launches unins000.exe from uninstall registry entries.
  • Added regression smoke coverage and BUG knowledge-base notes for this startup activation path.
