This app was originally written as a PowerShell script that left a lot to be desired, regardless of whether or not it was functional. Refactoring into a C# application made sense. The configuration is much simpler now and mult-instance support is a first-class feature.
The original PowerShell code is available in the legacy branch as well as the previous release
