Caret DMG build 3

Drag Caret.app into Applications. The build is ad-hoc signed (not notarized).

If macOS says Caret is damaged, clear quarantine and open again:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Caret.app
open /Applications/Caret.app

For Python gateway / Tab AI, clone the repo and set ~/.config/caret/dev.json "root" to that path (or CARET_PROJECT_ROOT).
