Bug Fix

Fixed: Error 740 when updating without administrator mode

Previously, the auto-updater would fail with Windows error 740 ("The requested operation requires elevation") unless you ran ChorniNotes as administrator.

Now fixed — the app no longer needs to run as administrator. When you click Update, Windows will show a UAC prompt asking for permission to run the installer with elevated privileges. The app itself runs as a normal user.

Changes

• Replaced std::process::Command with ShellExecuteW + runas verb for launching the installer
• Added windows-sys crate for native Win32 Shell API access
• Installer launches with proper elevation via UAC prompt
