Offline IP geolocation for Laravel — country, city and ASN — backed by local MaxMind databases. Lookups are file reads, so nothing touches the network; only the update command downloads anything.

The package is sameoldnick/laravel-geolocator. Start with the README for the requirements, the installation and a quick start, then come back here for the detail.
