Added:

• commands are now displayed on the menu screen
• credits are now displayed on the menu screen

Bugs fixed:

• some sound effects (like hurtSound) were not playing/hearing
• chair-keyboard issue

Remaining known bugs:

• skill issue
• landing after a jump is still sometimes difficult (related to skill issue)
• option button is still disabled
