Pi Conductor v1.1.0 — companion split dashboard
Pi Conductor now includes a live companion dashboard and a tmux split launcher for Codex CLI.
Install or update:
codex plugin marketplace add SamiulH25/omp-conductor-codex --ref main
codex plugin marketplace upgrade omp-conductor-codex
codex plugin add omp-conductor-codex@omp-conductor-codexLaunch the split:
~/.codex/plugins/cache/omp-conductor-codex/omp-conductor-codex/1.1.0/bin/conductor -- -C /path/to/projectOr run ./bin/conductor -- -C /path/to/project from a checkout or the extracted release ZIP.
The panel shows animated faces and spinners, live worker activity, states, files, elapsed time and time-budget bars, token rates and sparklines, cost, errors, and verification warnings. Each launch is isolated by a panel ID, with private snapshots and no extra model calls. Stale workers are shown as interrupted. Worker steering and merging remain in Codex.
The launcher creates a session outside tmux or adds a sidebar inside the current pane. It preserves unrelated panes, closes the sidebar when Codex exits, and supports tmux 3.4 and newer. Use Ctrl-b then Left/Right with default bindings to switch panes; q closes the dashboard, and j/k or Up/Down scroll. conductor dashboard --demo previews the UI; --once prints a plain snapshot.
Requires tmux plus the existing Node 22.19+, current Codex CLI, Git, Pi and OpenCode Go setup. Codex runs with --no-daemon so the MCP server receives the launch identity. Update the plugin to 1.1.0 before using the dashboard.
The ZIP bundles both server and companion runtimes without node_modules or development files. Validation covers the worker engine, live snapshot updates, isolation, stale states, terminal escape sanitization, and real tmux splits both outside and inside an existing window. It uses local fixtures without spending model credits.
Pi Conductor for Codex v1.0.0
First standalone release of the Codex sister project of omp-conductor.
Includes a bundled local MCP server with 13 tools, persistent Pi RPC workers, isolated Git worktrees, project dictionaries and check toolboxes, follow-ups, verification, diff review, merging and guarded cleanup. The included Codex skill guides the orchestration workflow.
Install the prebuilt plugin:
codex plugin marketplace add SamiulH25/omp-conductor-codex --ref main
codex plugin add omp-conductor-codex@omp-conductor-codexFor this exact release, replace --ref main with --ref v1.0.0. Start a new Codex session after installation. Requires Node 22.19+, Git, Pi, an OpenCode Go key, and Linux bash/timeout/flock. The README covers setup and the tool workflow.
The attached ZIP contains only runtime files, the skill, documentation, license and marketplace metadata. It does not contain node_modules, credentials or development files. Extract it and use its directory with codex plugin marketplace add for an offline local marketplace install.
Validation: all eight integration tests pass, and the installed Pi runtime loaded the guard and answered RPC get_state without a model call.
