Use Case 1 -> Manual Transfer Zone To Destination

• Stock To Manual Transfer Zone:
  • Operator scans pallet, scans storage line (has to be a "manual" line) and enters the location number of the line
  • If the location is available (not occupied by another pallet, not booked by an AGV) the operator needs to select the destination group and type of the line where the pallet will be placed.
  • The operator has the option of adding more transfer zone locations, if the pallet is too large and it cannot fit on only one location.
  • The operator finishes the flow by creating a picking task for the pallet.

• Select Pallet Destination

  • Operator scans pallet, scans storage line and enters the location number of the line where it is placed in the transfer zone
  • Operator gets shown a possible destination and confirms it (this is just an indication)
  • Operator can choose to take the pallet directly to exit

• Manual Transfer Zone To Destination

  • Operator scans pallet
  • UI shows operator where it recommends to put the pallet
  • Operator can add extra destinations
  • Operator can choose another destination
  • Operator completes the drop off to the destinations selected

Use Case 2 -> AGV Transfer To Destination

• AGV Transfer To Destination
  • Operator scans pallet, scans transfer zone line (has to be an "AGV" line) and enters location number
  • Operator selects destination group and type of the destination
  • Operator confirms action

• Auto Plan AGV Tasks
  • By selecting auto plan task for execution, a destination is chosen for the AGV's picking task

Use Case 3 -> From Stock To Destination

• Stock to Destination
  • Operator scans pallet, scans the location line and enters location number of the destination
  • Operator drops pallet to destination

Use Case 4 -> Shifting Pallet

• Shift pallet
  • Operator chooses whether he wants to pick up a pallet or drop off a pallet

• Pick Pallet
  • Operator scans pallet, scans the location line and enters the location number where the pallet currently is

• Drop Pallet
  • Operator scans pallet, scans the location line and enters the location number where the pallet is placed

Use Case 5 -> Clean Lines And Locations

• Operator has the option to free an entire storage line or a location

Use Case 6 -> Stock to Truck

• Stock to truck
  • Operator scans pallet which will be taken from stock to exit
  • Operator completes move
