Prepares another release-pipeline rehearsal. Replaces analyze-sgf multi-target generated-filename guessing with one deterministic pkg --output invocation per target, fixing same-platform multi-architecture packaging such as macOS x64 + arm64 and the analogous latent Linux multi-arch case. Adds an isolated manual macOS packaging check workflow and retains the existing isolated Windows packaging check. The full release pipeline has not been validated yet.
