The schema reference was written at migration 37 and drifted:
workflow_status.attributes(JSONB, migration 40) added to the diagram and column groups, with a note on containment search and the partial GIN indexstreamsNOTIFY trigger (migration 39) added to the LISTEN/NOTIFY paragraphstreams.function_idwas missing from the diagram (it dates back to migration 6)transaction_completion, which lives in the application database rather than the system schema, so readers who run into it know what it is
