v2.3.0 - Aperture signature
Construct 2.3.0 introduces Aperture, an opt-in signature built around a split oval,
an open seam, displaced typography, and cobalt on paper. The seam and offset carry
through actions, heading lines, composition rules, and the closing wordmark.
Added
- Reusable Aperture marks, wordmarks, labels, display/heading typography, offset lines,
split rules, posters, shared action hit areas, panels, native radio choices, and disclosures. - Standalone
@neuravision/construct/components/aperture.cssimport and full-bundle support. - Cobalt/graphite primitives and Aperture semantic/component tokens across all four theme scopes.
- Eleven Storybook examples covering full compositions, compact layouts, theme switching,
monochrome, long labels, Docs integration, and RTL. - Integration documentation, a standalone interactive specimen, and a visual before/after review.
Fixed
- Storybook Docs link styles no longer hide Aperture action labels or add orange underlines
inside embedded previews. Regression coverage checks rest, hover, and keyboard focus in all themes. - Aperture hover contrast, RTL action spacing and disclosure arrows, and scoped keyboard focus.
- Package export validation supports Windows CRLF shebangs and platform-specific executable checks.
- Updated the locked
nanoidandpostcssdevelopment dependencies to patched versions.
Validation
npm run check, all 448 tests, andnpm run storybook:buildpassed.- Package contents were verified, including the standalone preview and its assets.
- GitHub quality gate and deployment
passed for the implementation, and the deployed Docs action was checked in all four themes.
