Verifying this download

ClipGuard is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen will warn on first
run. Signing certificates cost money this project doesn't make.
Verify the download instead:

Checksum compare the zip against SHA256SUMS.txt:

Get-FileHash ClipGuard-*.zip -Algorithm SHA256

Provenance confirm it was built by this repo, from this commit:

gh attestation verify ClipGuard-*.zip --repo SandSlideStudio/ClipGuard

That proves the binary came from the source you can read here, which
is the thing a certificate would otherwise be vouching for.
